Store Renovation Process
Speed of execution is absolutely essential to getting the maximum payback from a renovation. If the store is torn apart for an extended period customers will be driven to shop elsewhere. Staff become demoralized and fed up. Much of the positive impact can be lost. We have seen stores try to do renovations with their own staff and take a year or more to complete the work even then parts of the store are never completely finished. BMF completes its projects start to finish within 4-6 weeks. It does this by ensuring all fixturing, signage, millwork and vendors are onsite when needed. Everything is consolidated and shipped from BMF's warehouse before our staff get on a plane. Store staff remains free to serve your customers.
